Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original UNDAMAGED packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as live feed) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges & Refunds:
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a purchase. Subject to any conditions we can offer an exchange or credit with Wilderness Woodend. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original UNDAMAGED packaging. 
The customer is responsible in the return of the item to us - including any shipping costs or liability of damages during return shipping. Upon receipt of the item we will email to confirm and arrange credit or exchange.
