Shipping policy

Shipments leave us on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ONLY. Orders must have been received before 12pm on the day of shipping in order to be processed and leave that day, otherwise they will leave on the next scheduled pick up.

We ship with NZ Couriers and Castle Parcels.

Nationwide NON Rural 1 - 3working days
Nationwide Rural add an additional 1 - 2 days. NZ post will complete delivery.

Live Food:

Live food is shipped fresh each week and may vary in dispatch due to availability. Live food we do not breed arrives fresh each Thursday, and will be dispatched after that. Locusts are dispatched Monday and Wednesday. Pricing for live food delivery is as follows:

Overnight Courier - NON RURAL ONLY! - $10.00
Courier RURAL (2 - 3 day delivery) - $16.00

FREE SHIPPING:

Free shipping is available on orders over $100, and is calculated at checkout. If you receive pricing for shipping and free shipping is not an option that is due to exclusion items being purchased or cart total.

Exclusions are as follows:

10kg and 20kg Topflite Seeds
10kg Vetafarm Pellets and feed
Habistat large terrariums
Other oversized/weight items

Additional Information:

All shipments are covered for damages during transport. Should an item arrived damaged please notify us. We will replace should it be required. You must hold packaging and or damaged products until such a point we request these to be returned or disposed of. Should damaged products be requested to be returned we will arrange collection from the customer.

Please note couriers are still experiencing delays, these are outside of our control. While we do our best to dispatch orders in a timely manner we can only guide in delivery timeframe.
