Wilderness Woodend Wildlife Tours – Starting This Holiday Season!
By popular demand, we are excited to offer guided tours of our property, where you’ll have the chance to meet some of our incredible residents - parrots, reptiles, and other fascinating wildlife. Come see what we’ve been working on and get inspiration for your own pets or animals in care.
This experience is a long-term developing goal for our property, and in the meantime, we are offering you the chance to explore and see our progress.
Tour Details:
- Available on selected days from Tuesday to Saturday, from December 27th to January 17th.
- Tours operate daily at 1:00 PM, and punctuality is essential. The tour will begin promptly at 1:00 PM, so please ensure you arrive on time.
- Maximum of 10 spots available per tour.
- Bookings are Essential – No Walk-ins Allowed.
Important Information & Conditions of Entry:
- Tours are available for ages 10 and up. As our experience is still a work in progress it is more suited to maturity, and those who can handle a structured tour around. We are flexible on this if you believe you have a little person slightly younger but has good listening ears and can understand and enjoy the structured tour.
- Each tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
- Please note that there are no public toilet facilities available on-site at this time.
- During the tour, you’ll have the chance to see a variety of wildlife and interact with many different species. However, not all animals will be on display or available for viewing.
- Photography is permitted.
- The tour takes place outdoors on rural terrain with uneven or mixed surfaces.
- Vehicle access is not available, so mobility is required.
- You enter the property at your own risk. Wilderness Woodend is not liable for any accidents or events which may occur during your visit.
- If you need to rebook, please provide 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in your ticket being forfeited, and you may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
