Shipped fresh each Monday & Wednesday ONLY. Please ensure your orders for live food are in by 9am to ensure dispatch. After this cut off your orders of live food will be dispatched on the next cycle, which could be the following Monday.
We allow pick up, or can ship throughout NZ as per shipping options. We use overnights service by default for live food, overnight courier is NON RURAL ONLY! Rural shipping available but 3 - 4 day delivery. Shipping is at buyers risk and we take no responsibility being a perishable item. Overnight is targeted for urban areas. Non Urban or outer areas may take additional time
Please note if you do place an order of mixed products which include live food these will be dispatched as a whole and this may mean your Live food travels on a standard service - not overnight.
